Across the blue and white wonders over to Greenland

Our one night stay in Frobisher Bay was quite active. Prior to departing for the hotel, we realized that the iPad Jepp subscription and the mustang's G1000 were not in sync.

The iPad had it right but the G1000 was only showing international meaning that we did not have any data for our departure airport. After tracking down Jeppesen's support team, we were able to download the worldwide database.

A slightly frustrating and long evening, but problem fixed!

Here is a map of our route

and here details of our route provided by the Air Journey pilot briefing

And weather - nothing to be concerned about.

Quite the showing of PC-12s at Iqaluit airport - we met the Pilatus ferry pilots on their to Broomfield with 2 brand new PC-12s plus 3 older ones on the ramp for a total of 5 Pilatus PC-12s!

My Captain - very happy with this leg!

The Jepp's display of the approach is great

The scenery is unbelievable

The weather better than forecasted

AJ, our Journey mascot, sits on the wing of the Mustang for some fresh air and keeps an eye out for fellow family members.....

Our happy passengers

Technically we are on an island belonging to the European Continent but we still have quite the distance to cover before getting over to the mainland.

We even had a mini airshow with Military Transport Airplanes
